This is what I always amuses me when I hear conservatives say liberals “hate the family.” I remember reading an interview with George McGovern and how shocked he was to discover a “pro family group” rated him so low. He was like damn here I am married for the same woman for forty some years and they think I am anti family? But “pro family” in this lingo means anti gay.
