Hypothetical. The US goes out and develops a doomsday machine that can destroy the Earth and all its inhabitants. Two days later other countries decide they want one too. American says, “no you can’t have one!”

If you’re going to develop weapons systems don’t complain when other countries “want one too” or even copy your design.

Just a reminder. The jet engine was largely invented by the British. The rocket engine was a product of “German ingenuity.” We created rocket powered ICBMs no thanks to a former SS officer. Oh, the P-51 Mustang was originally a British design.

I’m going to take a guess and say this is about Iran?
