The title is outright dishonest, the content of the article isn’t much better. Grassly is correct that the Supreme court ruled that tribal courts don’t provide the same Constitutional guarantees that US courts do.

No, it is not dishonest. Grassley said, “The non-Indian doesn’t get a fair trial.” White men are “non-Indians.” Therefore they are included in the set that Grassley described.

It’s simple logic.
