I’d like to know how big Progress Kentucky is.

Its initial filing letter with the Federal Election Commission in December 2012 was done on plain white paper.

I suspect that a group that doesn’t have enough money to buy letterhead isn’t exactly raking in the big bucks.

Or the are really, really big cheapskates.
