The Older Boy has been taking advantage of his new position as Meat Boy to purchase delicious meats on sale. In just the last two weeks, 4 rib steaks, 4 bone-in New York steaks, 2 tri tips, and a pair of Porterhouse steaks, all for well below normal prices.

I had to learn how to cook steaks on the gas grill properly, after a less-than-great experience with the rib steaks. Embarrassing in one my age!

We had to tell him to lay off the beef. So last night he picked up some shrimp and salmon.
