I’m very skeptical that North Korea really has a hydrogen bomb that will fit in an ICBM, by the way. If true, this would mean their nuclear weapons program is FAR more advanced than anyone thought. I think it’s much more likely they’re baiting the Trump-thing to react in a stupid way.
