If Tweeden accepted his apology and thought it was sincere, I think we ought to slow our roll on defenestrating Franken and let the Senate ethics investigation take its course.

did she decide to protect the world from future bad franken behavior?
was she blazing a trail so others (there had to be others!?!) would also come forward?

if this had been bothering her for all these years, she could have reached out to him directly.
