It seems somebody among the NYT editors decided that “Look at how many Trump supporters we can find in Appalachia” stories weren’t working anymore and chose to challenge themselves to finding “liberal” Trump supporters. And they succeeded by…finding the sort of people you find when lots of money is involved:

tl;dr, the Gray Lady hunted down a couple of star fuckers and social climbers who think money protects them from the sort of people that Trump’s political career is built upon. Why? Because they once tried to glom onto Hillary and a staffer stopped them, so they made a decision on Election Night ‘16 that they wanted to be with “winners” and jumped on the Trump bandwagon.

Can’t wait to see what these NYT articles look like during President Corey Booker’s second term: Look here at this gay Muslim immigrant who illegally voted for Obama twice then voted for DJT.
