Sure, give limited resources to those who did nothing to care for themselves. Taking that same limited resources away from someone who may need it but actually did the right thing because they will maybe survive is bullshit.

I hate selfish, ignorant unvaxxed people with the heat of 1000 Suns.

I get the sentiment, but that is a slippery slope. Do you deny healthcare to smokers? They are making a bad choice that leads to horrible health outcomes, how about the morbidly obese? Drug users? People who participate in extreme sports and inevitably injure themselves?

They all make bad life choices that can land them in the hospital, do they all get to the back of the line too?
