Yes, the leaves changing are idyllic. But what about freezing your ass off in Ohio when you run out of coal to feed the furnace in your living room and you wake up in the middle of the night half frozen and trudge out in the middle of the freezing snowy night to scoop a bucket of coal to relight the fire and you are only 14 years old?
