Pennsylvania is just as bad. This is why I want to eliminate congressional districts and go to proportional representation for the House. That way, everyone’s vote counts.

I prefer districts because the interests of urban voters in Chicago are not always the same as those rural voters in western Illinois and Congressional representation ought to reflect that.
