Bernie Sanders supporters who plan to vote for Trump.

Jackie Becerra, 28, an executive assistant who lives in Lake Forest, also said she was leaning toward voting for Mr. Trump if Mr. Sanders was not the Democratic nominee. She said that she doubted Mr. Trump would keep his promise to build a wall along the border with Mexico, and that, even though his proposal to bar foreign Muslims from entering the United States made her “nervous,” she did not believe he could stop people from coming into the country based on their religion.

“Everyone is like: ‘Trump has these terrible social issues. He hates Muslims and he hates the L.G.B.T. community,’ ” she said. “But our world is big enough that he’s not actually going to implement any of those changes in a realistic way. But what he will do is potentially audit the federal government, and he will try to break up some of the banks and try to at least influence government that way. However, with Hillary, it will just be a complacent, run-of-the-middle-of-the-road presidency.”

Okay, two things here. First, we live in a society filled with low functioning idiots, psychopaths, and low functioning psychopathic idiots. To think that Trump isn’t going to be able to do all the horrible things he’s promised as a reason to vote for him is to turn a blind eye to the fact that he’s the kind of monstrous asshole who actually promised those things. It doesn’t matter if you think he’s not going to be able to pull off his ethnic and religious cleansing agenda because voting for him, or even not voting at all, means you condone those kinds of horrid promises.

Second, Trump has come out against breaking up the banks and instead wants to just repeal Dodd-Frank. It’s the exact opposite of Bernie’s agenda, Trump would put us back where we were under Bush, prime for another free market induced economic disaster with no regulatory oversight whatsoever. But his ignorant douchebag supporter in that article gets everything so twisted up in her retarded head that she ends up thinking Trump actually shares Sanders anti-banking policy goals.
