Let’s remember: it’s 98% OUR FAULT those Cambodians were refugees in the first place. It’s because of us they couldn’t stay where they were.

This is very true, but don’t stop with Cambodia. A large chunk of the world’s refugees/migrants/dislocated can be traced back to our geopolitics.

Much of the time it seemed bumbling rather than selfishness, but they are wandering none-the-less.
