If I was Judge’s lawyer, I’d tell him to categorically refuse to talk to the FBI, and if the Committee issued a subpoena, I’d instruct him to plead the Fifth.

But there are no criminal charges. Pleading the Fifth would be meaningless, wouldn’t it?
