I picked up a 15” skillet at a Mennonite store in Elkhart, Indiana, years ago. I’m not sure which of my kids has it now. My former mother-in-law was going to throw away a Dutch oven like jah is talking about, because it rusty on the outside. No idea how old it was at the time. Anyway, we cleaned it up and started to use it.

You might be able to find cast iron ware cheap at a thrift store.

I have a Lodge skillet on my Amazon wish list. Might as well buy it now.
