If by the time California has its last-in-the-nation primary and Hillary hasn’t locked up her nomination in elected delegates (ignoring the Super Delegates) I’ll vote for Bernie, in the hope that Bernie can force the Super Delegates and the DNC to come to their senses and realize that more has to be done in grooming Presidential candidates.

I tend to think that may be a little harsh. Where the work needs to be done is all through the ranks of politics. Just like the Republicans. We need county people like clerks, auditors, sheriffs, state reps, clerks, district attorneys judges, school board people and the like. From all those that stick and move up comes the talent for the top jobs. People get to know them for long periods, etc. Then you have your grooming come more naturally.
