Dench as M lasted three movies. Skyfall was her last appearance.

Dench-as-M lasted way more than three Bond movies, she was in the role for eight of them (all of the Brosnan movies and all of the Craig movies through Skyfall, plus a cameo in Spectre), putting her in that role for 20 years.

As a matter of fact, other than Desmond Llewelyn (Q), I do believe Dench played her role in the Bond franchise the longest.
