I don’t expect people to hate their CSA ancestors but to be objective about their cause. And when I see them try to say they weren’t racist. Just hell no. Was every man who fought the CSA as ugly as Nathan Forrest? No but all fought to preserve slavery and I’m glad they failed. I’m glad that Southern planters went bankrupt after the war.
