Interesting mix of cars.

My dream car is an early-1990s Volvo 240 (sedan or wagon). They may be ugly as hell, but they’re reliable and better yet, I can work on them easy enough. Nice and simple, very utilitarian.

When I sold my Vega, it still ran fine. The only major maintenance it had was an automatic transmission overhaul a couple years before.

About a month after I sold it, apparently the guy who bought it was criming in Dade City, Florida and tried to outrun a Pasco County sheriff’s deputy and blew up the engine.

A Vega doesn’t really make a good getaway car.
