Would they have approved any of her judicial nominations since the Senate was in GOP hands? Unless the Democrats also took control of the Senate in that scenario. Hard to know what would have happened. McConnell would not allow any Scotus nomination through. So there would be a 7 person Supreme Court. Given he blocked Obama nominations to other courts, would he have continued doing so? I’m not sure what would have ultimately happened but it could have been very bad. Trump would have pursued his lies about a stolen election 4 years earlier.

At the very least, the hundreds of Federalist Society Judges Trump appointed would not be on the federal bench.
