North Korea … only understand one thing!

North Korea definitely understands, after watching the Libya, Syria and Iraq situations that the US and Russia feel free to intervene in any conflict that they feel like, with only minimal costs to them, and it is only by having a stock of nuclear weapons that a country can be guaranteed not to be invaded casually.
