Round ball. Cast iron press. I’ve only seen them in corn-tortilla-size. But, you know, start small.

I guess I could have used my press on these, it worked pretty well last week on some half flour/half masa tortillas but I could tell that the gluten would be an issue - press them out only to watch them shrink back to pucks. Roll them into the ball and rest them for 20 minutes or so before pressing might work.
