Ghost ship.

I can almost see the these ships doing what the Navy did in WW2, taking the bodies of the dead up onto the top deck, giving them honors and salutes, and sliding them into the ocean as war dead, returning them to the sea.

Necessary in WW2, horrific in 2020.

Burial at sea a long-standing naval tradition (for obvious reasons).
