I dropped something off for a similar minded acquaintance of mine (wife’s friend) last week and noticed his garage was filled with large amounts of the following: Bottled water, soft drinks, paper plates and cups, batteries, canned food, toilet paper.

When I asked why, he said he heard the electricity was going to get cut “for weeks” after Biden was sworn in and there would be war in the streets not long after. He provided me a couple of bullshit conspiracy websites as proof and warned me that I was “in for some trouble if I didn’t start preparing too”. He then offered me one of his cases of water as a goodwill gesture.

You really need to check back in with this guy in like six weeks, just to hear the excuses of why the Apocalypse didn’t happen.
