Now I like Cheney, but I think the real issue is (and as I far as I know no one knows the answer yet), was anything done differently by the Obama administration that created a gap that permitted this act to occur, or were things handled the same under the Bush administration as they are now. If nothing has changed under Obama, and the same policies and procedures were in place, then they need to be corrected and we move on. If there was a change under this administration that prevented the tagging of the terrorist, then the Obama administration needs to be held accountable.

Fair enough. So far, noone has pointed to any differences. Except that Obama was out talking to the press FASTER than Bush after Richard Reid.
