I know that…that’s my point…after that will there be jobs for American docs?…if not what’s the point of ramping up our system for training them…should we count on aliens becoming legal and adding to the market?…just some questions

There is a whole section of the bill in regards to the Health are Workforce… which is a combination of medical personal and facilities who have benefitted from educational subsidy programs and student loans, and these people will give a portion of their career to this community health services.

This is not new, simply an expansion of a already existing program. Of course, since this is now going to be instigated on a much larger scale than it’s existing form, there is new oversight and portions of the bill that deal with this expansion.
