Yes he typed a sell order with a “B” instead of an “M”, as in Billion instead of Million. Of course all the computer trading programs freaked out and instantly started selling once they saw a major “downshift” in the market.

Sad that a tiny human error like that can still cause a few billions in stock valuation loss before the humans can catch up with it. You would think we had found a better way of controlling the trading programs after the last couple of times something like this happened. :(
