No blood on his face or the front of his shirt.
No blood or abrasions on the back of his head, at least that we can see.
He’s upright and balanced on his feet, walking normally.
No dirt, grass stains, or ripped clothing, which would imply a struggle.
No obvious cuts or scratches on his arms or face.

But he was somehow in an epic fight for his life with an unarmed kid.

I’m trying to think of possible explanations but most of them seem to be a stretch. Since he lived in the complex I suppose his wife could have brought him a change of clothes or something. I don;t know if the cops would allow that even if she did. Other than that I can’t come up with anything.
