Yes. Luckily the organizers are sticking with him but that’s very rare these days. Especially in radio. The shock jock fad of the late 90’s kind of died out on its own but radio stations starting coming up with ever restrictive rules about what could be said to avoid angering the special interest groups. Far more oppressive than the FCC regulations. Eventually it just became close to impossible to do a comedy entertainment show on the radio because the stations were too worried about offending someone.

This country always had strange radio and television censorship rules. You honestly think things have gotten worse? As far as offending people? That depends on how you define offensive. People, comedians, entertainers used to face the long arm of the law even as close as the 50s and 60s for violating local ordinances or even national laws. Musicians were arrested; taken off the stage and booked at the local police station.
