Although his manifesto seems pretty deranged, I don’t think it’s impossible that he really was harassed at work for being black and gay. Of course that’s no excuse for murder, but it’s not difficult to believe.

At some point “warning signs” will be discussed. Workplace violence, and the management of the threat, is actually an OSHA concern.
