However, according to latest from CNN, that doesn’t count the outstanding votes from absentee and provisional ballots.

Totals on those are 5048 absentee, 3435 provisional. All of the absentee ballots will be counted, and likely around 20-30% of the provisionals (since most of those are people voting in wrong precinct)

With under a 0.9% margin currently, there’s no way in hell they can call a winner tonight.
