Seriously? Kennedy of the “I think strip searches for the most minor offense are perfectly fine because hey, they might be a criminal” ruling?

Morning. I have mixed feelings about that ruling. Put simply, I think it’s a good idea to check everyone that enters a jail for weapons in any part of their body. This is most easily done through strip searches. It doesn’t force the cops to perform strip searches neither does it provide guidance in how to perform said searches. But the most important reasoning I could see is for jail house safety.
