Question: Does anyone know of an over the counter medicine for spider venom?

They’re often different. My Dad got bit on his calf a couple of years ago, we think by a brown recluse. It got bad. He ended up having to go to a wound clinic for tissue debridement and follow up treatments over several months. The scar / damaged area is about the diameter of a baseball.
