At what point does this sort of violent rhetoric cross the line from red meat for the morons in the GOP base to incitement?

All week long the GOP have been attacking Hillary and have done everything from call her a devil worshiper to chanting that she should be in prison. Now this lunatic is talking about shooting her for treason. This is dangerous.

We’ve been in this situation before, and it led to a wave of political assassinations in the 60s.
