Taco Bell voted best Mexican restaurant in the country

Taco Hell is not even the best Mexican restaurant on the block if the Pancho Villa taco truck shows up at a nearby construction site.
(Pancho Villa’s is a real mobile food service outfit in Lubbock. Besides tacos, they make fantastic burritos in many variations, and serve ice-chilled, glass-bottled Nehi soda from Mexico.)
