in this situation, ‘that kind of shit’ is the definition of losing control of your weapon
- taking it out
- using it as a threat
- against people who were not threatening or intimidating you
- with disregard for everyone else in the public space

i dont care that he didnt actually shoot
the danger came when he exposed the gun and used it as a threat

he demonstrated on camera that he is not capable of controlling his emotions and weapon at all times

jail, fines, loss of 2a rights

That line of yours I made bold is the very thing the Black woman Ohio Rep tried to make when the fucking Ohio Republican House passed their stupid stand your ground law last week.

He felt threatened by those kids being Black and Muslim. Even if he was doing it as a way to scare and harass them, he still did it because he is threatened by their mere existence.

The Ohio Rep’s point is Black people ‘scare’ White people just for being Black and stand your ground gun laws make that fear deadly to the Black person.
