WFH moment of the month:

While on a zoom conference on my phone I received a phone call from a local area code. Since my wife has had a lot of medical issues recently I answered putting my Zoom conference on hold. Some guy says, “Did you just call me?”. I course I simply said “No”. The result was a stream of hate about how I was a m***f*** liar. Well, I lost it and launched into a profanity laden stream of anger directed at this guy. Then I realized he had hung up. Uh oh. So my next question was “Did you guys hear that”. There was pause…then a tentative “yes”.

I am still embarrassed days later.

Don’t be. If I was on your conference call, my opinion of you would have risen exponentially.
