They have a liturgy, weekly services, and a religious test for membership. Smells like a Church to me. And they have gone before the SCOTUS to prove that they’re a private organization. I agree with them on that. So why do they get special handling from the government that, say, my local Chabad house doesn’t get?

There are Christian troops, Jewish troops and Muslim troops. There are atheist troop,s too,

They get special treatment (not really) because they are inclusive.

There are no Jewish services at the Catholic Church and there are no Presbyterian services at your local Chabad house.
