I think I’ve seen this movie. The glasses just one more refinement to show the hidden messages. and the aliens.

They’re all LCD screens! They used to be backlit by cold-cathode fluorescent tubes, now they’re backlit by “LEDs” (actually blue-LED-pumped fluorescents). [/pet peeve]
