Something comforting about watching stories about how parent dies and kid overcomes challenges with the help of furry animals or other inanimate objects, or parent dies and kid overcomes evil lord/lady with help of a furry animal or inanimate object. Or kid learns that they inherit the power from an inanimate object, which becomes a key McGuffin in advancing the story.

Seriously though, just take my money. At this challenging time, it’s pretty nice to settle in and watch some escapist stuff.

After all, Trump’s watching the US burn and he thinks this will be over in 15 days.

Don’t know if it is on that channel, but your post reminds me that it’s a good time to rewatch Kim Possible. It was always a lot of fun.

Maybe The Last Avatar, Transformers: Animated (the best version IMO) and, of course, Cowboy Bebop as well.
