This would be a problem if Democrats had 100 Senators to pass it this time, and Republicans had 50 Senators + VP the next time. That’s how government works.

Republicans have demonstrated that they are 1. incapable of passing laws on their own at the national level and 2. incapable of overturning popular laws implemented by Democrats (see Obamacare)
