I’m sure Islamic terrorists are eager to test Obama but Al Qaeda is severely weakened and I just don’t think they have the capability to pull off a serious attempt at a biological of nuclear attack. They have very little restraint and if they had the capability they would have already tried it somewhere. It’s far more likely that they will try something similar to 9-11,7/7 or Mumbai. That seems to be the extent of their capabilities.

If I had to guess, I think hitting Americans overseas is more probable, especially if it’s in an Arab country with decent relations with the US.
Specifically, I think American tourists in Egypt is a probable target since it would hit not only the US but hurt Mubarak as well who they’ve accused of being in league with both the Big and Little Satans.
