Attention Twitter people. I need help. Certain DMs of mine are failing and I do not know why.

Twitters online help is all but useless so I was hoping one of you could help. I keep getting the red message did not send error.

Twitter is massively overloaded right now & they don’t seem to know how to fix it. I’ve more time with my TL down than up right now.
