Speaking of Amy Siskind, her list of “what is not normal” for two weeks ago includes these points:

75-77 are something we’ll have to figure out how to fix. One of the things I’ve been trying to figure out is if there are any penalties short of impeachment we can create so they will do the right thing. It’s sad that we have to legislate it, but that’s where we are now.
