Since I can’t go to Twitter at work, what are they being sued for?

It’s a class-action lawsuit asking for $6 billion (yes, billion with a B) in damages because they claim it’s deceptive that the teams are called the “New York” Giants and “New York” Jets when they play in East Rutherford, New Jersey. In fact, the other part of the relief, besides the tidy sum of cash, is that they’re demanding that the judge enjoin the teams to play in New York State.
