Hotdogs = only mustard, or chili + cheddar (and maybe a little mustard)

Burgers = mustard + ketchup = cheese, or mustard + mayo + cheese, or chili + cheese

Relish, sauerkraut, and horseradish are gross (like liverwurst), but pickles are good (only on the side). Raw onions are satanic. My father used to eat raw onion sandwiches with mayo, slat & pepper. *reaches for barf bag*
