On the food front the turkey rice soup came out very nicely. Veggies the right consistency, a really nice and smoky tasting stock from the turkey carcass, nice little cubes of smoked turkey breast meat, and a mix of previously steamed brown and white rice added for some extra body. And then I tossed in a cup of roasted corn as well for extra color.
