That’s the problem with pure derp. The quest for it never stops. Eventually it turns inward, convinced everyone’s not pure enough, that even most of the “in-group” is guilty of holding at least one slightly unorthodox belief.

To rephrase a wise man named Sinatra, the derp is yet to come. I mean I look at a guy like Grover Norquist who quote on quote wants to drown the government in a bathtub and he’s suspect simply because he has a Muslim wife and a beard too!
