This is a horrific situation. Hang in there. Maybe take some breaks from politics once in awhile. My husband refuses to watch as he can’t handle the thought of what is happening with these children. I can’t turn away.

Work is my refuge from all things political. I catch the occasional headline on the TV in the break room - thank God, today it was tuned to the World Cup - but otherwise, I can completely ignore the world at large until 4:00 PM when I’m at home and forced to confront the hell that is Trump’s America.
