If my leftie butt can be elected twice in a town where there are more guns than people, in what is argued as the most conservative House district in the nation, I don’t think electing people to shift the Overton Window back to sanity is a problem here.

You do have a more administrative role than ideological role though to be fair from what I understand so it’s a little easy for them to swallow their pride and vote for your communits self wink. I’m for letting the people decide what they want from their representatives. Obviously Alexandria and Ayanna Presley in Boston’s constituents were eager for change from what they had in Congress for over 20 years. I liked HRC and I’m glad she was our nominee over Bernie but we do need some change.
